New Baby Boy!
My cousin and his wife had their second son last month and I am obviously not on the ball in getting their card to them. I used Bashful Blue, So Saffron, and Kiwi Kiss for the cardstock and Ballet Blue for the "It's a Boy" stamp (which is in the Nursery Necessities set). The ribbon is Bashful Blue. The flourish stamp is from Priceless and the scallops came from the scallop edge punch. All supplies SU!
First Day of School!
Gracie's first day of 4-year-old preschool was yesterday...sniff, sniff. :) She would have gone last year, too, but her surgery was about a week before it started and we didn't think it would be a good idea to send her to school fresh out of brain surgery. ;) If you click on the second picture of Gracie, you can kind of see how I decorated her canvas tote. The tote itself came from Wal-Mart and already had the pink straps and base. I stamped Grace in Old Olive Craft ink with Big Deal Alphabet and then heat set it. After it was done, I sewed a new Pink Pirouette Felt Fusion flower on with a Kiwi Kiss decorative flower button in the center. It turned out cute and she likes it. :)
I threw in a picture of Ava, too, since I haven't posted pictures in a while.

New Baby
Here's a cute baby card I made the other day for our friends who just had their first baby girl. I used the new Pink Pirouette for the card base...it's the perfect soft pink for baby cards. :) The accent pink is Regal Rose. I love the Priceless set for the flourish stamps. They add just the perfect little something.

New Stuff!
As usual, very simple cards. I used the new InColors of Riding Hood Red and Kiwi Kiss for both of these cards. The blue is Night of Navy. The top sample is made with the new Upsy Daisy stamp set and the bottom card uses the new Pocket Silhouettes stamp set. I LOVE both of them. :) I used the new scallop edge punch for the "thanks so much" card. The other set I used was our new "Thank you Kindly" set of four "thank you" stamps. I used that one on the Upsy Daisy card. The "Thanks so much" sentiment is actually in the Pocket Silhouettes stamp set--yay! Love it when they have normal "thank you" sentiments in with good images. :)

Gracie's Glamorous Artwork
Gracie just brought me this a few minutes ago...it consists of princess stickers stuck on the front and back of an 8.5 x 11 sheet of printer paper. She said, "It's very glamorous. Here, you can have it."
She really likes the Fancy Nancy book series, can you tell? :) Funny kid!

Stamp Something Color Challenge
My entry for the Stamp Something blog challenge to use the colors pink, green, and blue. Pretty simple and self explanatory. :) I used all scraps (except for the card base) to complete this card. The rhinestone was even recycled from a store-bought card that I received from somebody. :) The DSP is the now retired Celery Prints Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up! The card base is Bashful Blue, the stem and leaves are Wild Wasabi textured cardstock (also retired), and the stamp is from a Sale-A-Bration set that is also retired. I used Pixie Pink ink to stamp the flower. The sentiment is from the SU! set Curvy Verses. Thanks for looking! :)
